Field Representative

We are a Supplemental Educational Service (SES) provider supported by the "No Child Left Behind Act" which offers online tutoring program to students attending Title I schools.

We are currently looking for Field Representatives whose responsibility is to connect with students and their families. Field Representatives would be responsible for promoting Knowledge Island's program and mission. Some of the duties of FR include:

Enrolling students in the program

Communicating with students and parents and persuade them to join our program.

Conducting door-to-door marketing of program

Managing delivery of services, familiarizing students and parents to our learning tools by showing them demonstration of our learning tool

Visiting students to help them with technical support and encouragement

Comply with company's code of ethics and Federal Education Right and Privacy Act.

Report every day activities to your immediate supervisor

Required Proficiency and Experience:

Must be honest and have good communication skill.

Must have their own transportation.

Must have clean criminal background history.

Must be 18 years of age or older

Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.

Must have Valid Driver's License & automobile insurance.

This is a part time job with the potential to be a full time job depending on your performance.
Pay will be $12/ hr + incentive. Please call for further detail.
